Shipments within the United
States
Unless otherwise noted, orders ship
by noon of the next business day from the date of cleared payment.
All orders are sent by Priority Mail through www.usps.com.
Estimated delivery is 2-3 days.
Electronic delivery
confirmation is included for US orders.
You can follow your package at your PayPal
account.
International Shipments
International packages ship from the
United States on
Monday and Thursday afternoons.
All orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail.
Electronic delivery confirmation is not provided for international orders.
International shipments which are lost or stolen cannot be refunded or replaced,
please feel confident that your country's mail system is honorable before
placing your order.
There is a $30.00 standard charge for international deliveries- however
additional shipping charges may apply and you will be notified of the exact
amount before shipping. Overcharges in shipping will be refunded.
You are more than welcome to contact MamaRoo for an estimate on shipping your
order, simply send your order and address in an email and I'll figure it out for
you, mamaroo@mamaroo.com.
Delivery time:
1 week for Israel, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, France
and most European countries - additional shipping charges may apply.
1 week for the United Kingdom, please note that one UK shipment may have been
lost recently, we're still doing a search for it. We've heard that there
may be a postal problem there.
Shipments to Italy will mail by your choice of standard post 4-6 weeks, or
Global Express 1 week - additional shipping charges will apply.
3 weeks for Canada - additional shipping charges may apply..
4 weeks for Australia and Germany - additional shipping charges may apply.
We cannot ship to Mexico at this time, every package shipped to Mexico has been
lost or stolen...
Shipments to Italy will mail by your choice of standard post 4-6 weeks, or
Global Express 1 week - additional shipping charges may apply. Global
Priority is not available to Italy.
If your country is not mentioned, special
arrangements may be made for shipment with a possible extra charge. Please contact
MamaRoo if you would like your country to be considered.
Payment Types
MamaRoo, Inc. can only accept credit card payments over the
internet, we are not set up to handle phone calls. My apologies for this
inconvenience. As a work from home mom I really need to keep family space
private. I am more than happy to assist with questions over email.
